Find a time each day when you can spend five to fifteen minutes in prayer.  

Begin by calming yourself with three deep breaths then think about

  • all that you are thankful for,
  • anything you want to change in your life,
  • any concerns you have.
(Say:  Thank you . . . I’m Sorry . . . Please)
Give all your thoughts to God and give God time to speak to you.
